we believe that shiny, smooth and healthy hair are sign of youth and
vitality. So we need nourishment for our hair to make them healthy.
In order to nourish your hair you need to nourish your body with
healthier food and right nutrients. Infact waht you put in your body
is more important than what you put on your hair.

things contribute in healthy hair including environment, genetics,
health and nutrition status. Consuming nourishing diet which include
protien-rich food, fruits and vegetables, as-well-as adequate amount
of omega-3 fat make your scalp healthy and shiny.
Dairy
products, egg, fish, beans etc. are the great source of Protien.
Good quality and necessary quantity of rotien makes your scalp
healthy.
Vitamin
A (in the form of beta-carotene in food), vitamin C and biotin (a
B-vitamin also known as vitamin H) all contribute to healthy
hair.Brussels sprouts, sweet potatoes, carrots and apricots. Food
sources of biotin (or vitamin H) include Brewer's yeast, barley, corn
and soybeans. A deficiency of biotin is thought to contribute to
dull, dry, thinning hair.
Omega-3
fatty acids are particularly important. Flax seed oil is rich in
omega-3 fatty acids. About 1 tbsp. daily is necessary for hair
health.fatty fish such as mackerel, salmon and tuna, as well as
walnuts and canola oil. Avocados and olive oil are rich in
monounsaturated fats, which help keep hair shiny.
